Hey all, okay so I am home now. Kinda happy, kinda bummed. I am happy because it is warm here but I am bummed because I was in Europe haha. My trip was so amazingly fun even with the freezing cold it was so beautiful. I can't really say which city was my favorite because I loved them all so much but if I were to go back I think I would want to go to London and Paris with a boyfriend type person. I'd go to Amsterdam and Berlin with just a group of friends, because those two places were so fun and had the hottest guys lol. Our last night in Berlin we went to this pizza place and there was this whole table of boys that were so gorgeous, it made me so sad to leave haha. But I'm happy to be home also. I really really want to go to Australlia, New Zealand and Italy next, so I'm gonna try to work on that one now!!! The only problem is the plane rides. They are so long I literally thought I was going insane. It was all completely worth it but I have such bad a.d.d. ANDDD I forgot my I pod at home so I was going crazy for the last couple hours. But I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Heyyy,
Okay so it is our last night in Europe and we are in Berlin now. We arrived here last night at about 10ish and went straight to our hostel called Die Fabrik.

It is actually really nice and it is huge because it used to be a factory. We have to share bathrooms with everyone that is on our floor, so that’s a little different but not bad at all. Once we got our bearings we went over to a little restaurant called Amar and it was so nice. All of the waiters were so kind and nice even though we couldn’t read anything that was on the menu haha. It turned out to be an Indian restaurant and I have never eaten Indian food before so it freaked me out. The food was good though… a little bit too spicy for my liking but very good nonetheless. Once we finished dinner we went straight over to the hostel and went to bed.

This morning we were going to wake up so that we could go on this 8-hour tour of Berlin, but we had a little change of plans. We overslept that by about two and a half hours haha. So instead of going on a tour we just went by ourselves into the city. First we went to this museum called the Pergamon, which was really interesting if you like Greek mythology (which I do).

There was this whole section on Hercules and his son and stuff which I found to be very interesting and then there was this part about Athena, the goddess of beauty, and that was my very favorite. Almost everything in the museum was statues and most of them were missing heads, but it was still cool. In the entrance of the museum they give you these headsets so that you can enter a number that is next to the statue you want a description of and the headsets talk to you in English so you can understand.

After that we walked outside to find a little flea market that was about a block long.

It was basically a big garage sale with all sorts of weird things but it was fun to look through. There were a few jewelry items I liked, but didn’t get.

Once we were done looking there we went to this little restaurant to eat and I could not read ANYTHING that was on the menu so i decided to just order whatever sounded best haha, and luckily it ended up being this really thin crust pizza... When we were done eating we went over to what used to be the Berlin wall. After we took some pictures there we walked into this park that would probably be really pretty in the summer but for now there is snow on the ground. It is so cold that there is snow haha.

So Matt and I decided to throw some snowballs at each other for a little bit and then hit up Dunkin Donuts for some hot chocolate. And once we got our cocoa we went shopping for some more souvenirs. I didn’t get anything but he did.

By the time we were done with everything we decided to come home so that we could pack up for tomorrow, come here, then go to dinner. I am sad to leave Berlin so early because I think that the cutest boys are here. I have seen some of the most attractive boys in this town that my jaw drops. But oh well, I guess I will just have to go back to American boys haha. There are a bunch of cute ones home too!!! lol... Anyway, I am off to dinner now and then an early morning flight back to Laguna!!!

Heyyy guys, Well last night was my last night in Amsterdam and it was soo much fun. I couldn’t have had a better time. First we took our little nap to get recharged haha and then got ready... My straightener is broken now so I’ll have fuzz hair for the rest of the trip and it is really sad!!

Anyway, we got ready and then went out to someplace beyond the red light district where there were more bars then coffee shops. We were wandering around trying to figure out where we wanted to go first when this man on the corner handing out flyers gave us one for this place called Boom Chicago which was a comedy place and bar so we decided to go in there. The show lasted for about two hours and that was the fastest two hours of my life. It was so funny my stomach hurt afterwards from laughing so hard. The people we were sitting next to were from Ohio but they knew one of the comedians, and they said that the late night show was a little bit more risque then the earlier one so maybe that’s why I thought it was so funny haha.

Once the show was over at about 1:30am we went over to this club called Jimmy Woo's. It seemed really nice and we were supposed to go in but the line was so long and everyone was just pushing and shoving their way to the front that we just got over it and decided to go to a casino and gamble instead. So Matt and I headed over to a casino right by Boom Chicago. We wanted to play some Texas Hold'em, but the ante was 250 dollars so we sure were not going to do that. So instead we went and played Russian Roulette which was really fun. A very 50/50 chance game...

After we were there for a couple hours we decided to go to a little coffee shop in the red light district then go home. We went back to the Hill Street Blues coffee shop and then walked back to our hostel (The Flying Pig) which was right in the middle of everything basically so it was really easy to just wander home. Once we got back we just passed out… only to wake up at about 9 for breakfast.

The place we were staying had a really good free breakfast in the mornings so we went and ate a little bit then I tried to go back to sleep but check out was at 12 so I had to get ready and pack to leave. As I said before, my straightener broke and I couldn’t blow dry my hair so I feel like a frizz ball right now but that’s alright lol. Since checkout was at 12 and our train to Berlin is not until l3 (or 1pm), we decided to just hang out at the internet cafe a little bit and then we are going to this little shop called coffee connection to get some hot chocolate then wander Amsterdam a little more before we leave. This city is so beautiful and everyone here is so friendly and nice, it is wonderful.

It is freezing right now but I am sure in the summer it is just the most beautiful place to be. It is more like a suburb rather then a huge hectic city. I want to come back here so bad. Well Berlin is the next city we are off to and I am hoping to do some real girly shopping there haha, but we won’t get in until about 10 at night so I will have to save that for tomorrow.

Helloooo,
Okay so last night was totally insane. Matt and I went on a little walk down towards the red light district where we stopped at a little coffee shop called Hill Street Blues. It was sooo much fun and while we were buying some things these two Irish men came up to us just being friendly so we ended up sitting with them for the few hours that we were there and they we so nice. We all just talked about the most random things so it was really funny. They were all talking about St. Patrick’s Day because they came to Amsterdam to avoid Ireland. It was fun meeting new NICE people.

After a little bit we got really hungry so we went to this restaurant but I forgot the name of it and it was soooo good. they had the best banana split I have ever had in my entire life. Once we were done eating we walked through the streets of the red light district to see all of the normal things you hear about in Amsterdam and it was really nuts. It was a cool thing to see - it was just kind of shocking.

I love Amsterdam so much because it is basically in one big circle so it is really easy to find your way back to where you need to be. EVERYONE here rides bikes and as much as I wanted to it is just way too cold to have the wind hit me in the face haha. I think I would freeze to death, but it is soooo beautiful.

This morning we got up and went to go get breakfast at this little shop right on the corner by our hotel and it was really good. (all the food here is amazing). After that we decided to go to ANOTHER coffee shop before starting our day haha. Once we were done there we went souvenir shopping in the red light district where I bought a bunch of knick knacks.

Then we decided to take a canal cruise and that was just so beautiful. It went through the whole city and you could see all of the old houses and everything. It was so cold out but they put you in this covered boat thing, so it wasn’t too bad.

The boat tour took us over to the Anne Frank House where we took a walk-through tour. It was basically an attic with a bunch of facts all around the walls and then they pull away this bookshelf and you can see the little secret door that she hid in. It was really interesting.

Once we were done with that we went over to this place called the soup kitchen because it was sooo cold and I think that they had the best soup I have ever tried. Then we went to do a little more shopping where I got this super cute big pink bag haha, and now we are here at the internet. I have the worst headache ever, so I am going to go take a disco nap so that I can go out again tonight for forever!!! Haha. Hope everything’s well. Talk to you soon.

Okay, so last night was just intense. We had all of this film footage filmed for an ET on MTV segment on me (which is going to run this Saturday – check it out!), and we mailed it all out only to find out that the discs were not properly formatted!!! So then we had to send off new footage… sounds easy enough, right? Well, it’s NOT as easy as it sounds, because it was already late in the evening when we found out about this. So, first we had to try to find a UPS, FEDEX or ANYTHING that would do overnight delivery, but everything was closed pretty much.

So then we took a taxi over to the Post Office, where people were literally LIVING. After we found out that we couldn’t send the package there and the taxi driver had already left we realized we were LOST. ONCE AGAIN!!! Haha... Well after that we just kind of wandered the city until we realized we had those Let’s Go Pocket Guides with the maps so we figured out where we were from there, haha. It was really really beautiful because everything was lit up. The whole river was lit up and the Louvre and we got to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle again, which was really pretty. SO all in all it was not that bad it was actually kind of fun. By the time we got back to our hotel, it was late so we didn’t really have much time to go out or anything, so we went to the store, bought a bottle of wine, some cheese and crackers and had our own little party and it was actually really fun!!

This morning was also quite hectic. We had to go to the FedEx office, and leave on the train. There was a ton of traffic because there were student protestors all around Paris. I guess a ton of college students are protesting for jobs because they feel that the government here is trying to give all of their jobs away. So because of this, there was a major traffic jam, and then they were protesting in the train station, which made all of the trains back up.

So basically we missed our train to Amsterdam this morning… haha. Finally we got on the one about two hours later, but oh what to do for two hours in Paris? Oh yes, SHOP!! Haha... we went on this huge street by an Oprah house that was just beautiful, and they had every store you could imagine from Chanel and Dior to little souvenir shops. It was so much fun. After that we went to this little street vendor and got some sandwiches, and I was completely amazed because a sandwich at the vender cost less then a glass of water at a sit-down cafe near the Eiffel Tower.

Finally we got onto our train and everything was great, accept that it was a four hour ride.

I slept a little bit...

But now we are finally in Amsterdam!!!!! And we just got showered and dressed and matt and I are about to go to a lovely little cafe, eat some dinner, and then go shopping for some fun souvies for people. Kind of having a mellow night. Hopefully!!! Haha.

I will be back after our adventures tomorrow... We are planning to go on a canal cruise and the Anne Frank house so we will see!!!

Hey everyone!!!!
So since yesterday wasn’t as eventful, today was jam packed. Last night we went over to the Eiffel Tower to see it all lit up at night and it was absolutely gorgeous!!! For the first five minutes of every hour all the lights sparkle so that was very cool. This morning we woke up and went straight to the Eiffel Tower again so that we could see it in the daylight. When we walked up to it there was a huge grass lawn that led up to it then the tower that was just so huge.

After that we walked toward the metro station and stopped by a cart on the street that makes crepes right in front of you!!! They were SOO good, and their hot chocolate was made out of just melted chocolate and a very small amount of milk. It was ssoooo good!!!!

After that we went to the Louvre, which is the most amazing thing I have ever seen!!! The architecture of building alone was amazing. All of the ceilings had hand paintings on them with sculptures carved into the ceilings around it. Then of course there was the Mona Lisa which looks the same as in books, but it was really cool to see it up close. We also saw all of the famous sculptures. My favorite was Cupid which was this man gently holding a woman in his arms, about to kiss her. It was really cute.

After that we walked through this part that used to be where Napoleon lived. His room alone was about as big as my entire house, haha. But he had some awesome furniture and chandeliers all around his quarters... The Louvre used to be where the French kings lived and then Napoleon when he became ruler.

After that we went over to the Notre Dame which is also very beautiful. All of the architecture in Paris... and london... is just so amazing - it is hard to believe. The Notre Dame had some awesome gargoyles outside along with sculptures on the outside of it.

When we were done looking at that we walked along the street where they were selling a bunch of different touristy things. I bought two more new scarves because it is so cold here and that’s the only way I can tell the different outfits I wear in pictures, because I only brought one big jacket haha!!! Everyone here wears the same thing - scarves, big jacket, jeans, and boots with the jeans tucked in. It is not too much different then home when it is cold.

When we were done there we went over to Champs d'Elysees to do a little window shopping and it was really nice. I almost bought a pair of sunglasses but couldn’t bring myself to do it because they are the same price as home just with the exchange rate. When we were walking back we got distracted by the Arc de Triomphe which is soo enormous and also so beautiful to look at.

While we were there we started to watch the traffic because in this part of town nobody stopped or looked and they all just went, and almost got into soo many accidents, it was fun to watch haha!!

So our day was busy, but it was a lot of fun, and tonight we are going to go to dinner. Then I don’t know what we’ll do, because it’s so cold we wanna go somewhere where we don’t have to walk to far!!

But tomorrow we’re going to Amsterdam, so I will keep you all posted!!

Well, last night was ssoooo much fun. We went to a super-old wine bar that was underground and looked like it was built out of the rock, it was really cool. They also had really really good wine haha... but anyways I am in Paris right now and it is taking me forever to type because the keyboard is completely different. So today was not all that interesting. We took the train from London to Paris and it wasn't all that fun, but it went by really fast so that was good. We ended up getting really lost because EVERYTHING is in French with no English translation. After that we went to our hotel, took showers, and then ended up just falling asleep for three hours which was really bad haha. So, as soon as we woke up we went to have dinner at this AMAZING French restaurant that was just sooooo good and then came straight to this internet cafe before it closed. Now we are on our way to go see the Eiffel tower lit up at night. Well, I really don't have that much to talk about since we didn't do much today, but we are off, I'll talk to you tomorrow with many more adventures!!

Okay, so last night was just absolutely insane. All of the "formal" activities for St. Patrick’s Day ended at about 6ish, but everyone who was there decided to stay longer, and when we got back there were still hundreds of people there and the band was still playing. It was so much fun, we didn’t get back until about 2 this morning because we just couldn’t bring ourselves to leave… we were meeting too many nice people. I was so sad because all of the pictures we took came out dark, but that’s all right. We just had such a great time.

This morning we rolled out of bed at about 8:30 (not my choice) and then went and had breakfast at the hotel again. After that we watched some weird talk show that was just like Jerry Springer only much cleaner with no cursing. And everything they said came out sounding so intelligent even though it was trash just because of the British accent. I was very intrigued haha.

But after that, we went over to Harrods department store, which is like a Nordstrom, or Bloomingdales times 100... If I could die and pick what my heaven would be like, that would be it. It literally had EVERYTHING you could ever imagine. Their food court was huge, and had even a sushi bar in it!! Check out me in the cafe (sorry it's a little blurry...)

After that we walked around and there was a level for shoes, a level for girl’s clothes, a level for makeup, sunglasses, and handbags and so on. The store was about a city block long and 6 stories high. It was absolutely amazing!! After that we went to a retail store called Pandora’s that we found in the Lets Go guide, and I really wanted this Louis Vuitton bag but I couldn’t bring myself to buy it.

Since we saw SO much yesterday, we just went to Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London today. Buckingham Palace was nice but you could only see the outside of the building. I would love to be the queen though, haha.

Across the street from the palace she had some really cool sculptures of lions and such, then we went to the gift shop. There was every postcard you could think of so I got one of Prince Harry. I love him. Then I bought a crown keychain. I am such a tourist, haha. Once I was done there we went over to the Tower of London where there was all the armor and guns and swords from all the wars that England has fought… and THEN in the best part there was the crown jewels… all the scepters and orbs and crowns that were just DRIPPING with diamonds. It was beautiful. There was one scepter that had a 530-carat diamond in it, haha.

Once we were done with all that we decided MAYBE it would be fun to get lost… haha, just kidding, but REALLY, we did get lost. So we once again had to break out our little Pocket City Guide from Let’s Go to find our way. Finally we got back to the hotel and then came here. Now we are going out for the night, so that should be fun...

Hi Everyone,
So my trip is absolutely amazing so far!!! We woke up this morning and had breakfast at our hotel then got dressed and tried to see everything we could before we got too tired.

We started off the day by going to this place called Speaker's Corner at Hyde Park where some guy sat there talking about how good god was but how churches are hypocrites, it was actually pretty interesting to hear his point of view. After we walked that for a little bit, we just had to hit up the local Starbucks haha, where we met some really nice people from Dallas who loved Laguna Beach. It was really funny to see people who knew who i was. kinda weird in Europe.

Right after that we went down to Whitehall Street which is the street where lots of London's main tourist sites are. We first stopped in the square to see the Queen's Life Guards, which are the English guards on horses with swords standing out front. I got my photo taken with one of them!!!

I guess they are guarding some walking path to the mall but the building is where the queen used to hold meeting to round up her army.

After that we went to Westminster Abbey where someone had told me Princess Diana was married, but i guess we were wrong. Nonetheless it was absolutely beautiful outside. By the time we walked to all those places and it was about noon (4 in the
morning in California, by the way, haha), and we walked back up the street to Trafalgar Square where they had a huge parade and party and live band for St. Patrick's Day.

It was basically everything you would imagine an Irish parade to be. I had so much fun at it and it was really funny to watch all of the people interact. It was literally one huge party. Then the mayor of London and the head of Guinness beer and a bunch of other guys I didn't know made speeches then they let off about 600 balloons that were green, white, and orange (the colors of the Irish flag) - it was really cool.

After we had our fill of that we walked back down Whitehall street to go look at Big Ben and the House of Parliament. They were both really beautiful, but we didn't spend to much time there because it is more about seeing the structure then anything else. Both of those things were right on the Thames so that was absolutely beautiful. After that we walked across a bridge to ride on the London Eye. It is the largest Ferris wheel in the world, and it goes up to 158 meters in the air. You can see all of London from the very top.

It was really awesome to see, but it was really expensive and it also took 30 minutes to go around a full circle. When we were done with that we walked over to the Millennium Bridge, but not before stopping to get some good old McDonald's, haha. Yes, I am REALLY getting the experience of Europe with Starbucks and Mcdonald's, but it was on the way and we were hungry, haha. Anyway, we walked over to the Millennium Bridge, which was basically completely open on the sides (very different from most American bridges) and right across the water was the Tower Bridge.

After all of that, we went to St. Paul's Cathedral and THAT is where Princess Diana got married. The outside of it was sooo amazing and then after we walked inside i was in awe. the architecture and structure of it was put together so perfectly that i couldn't close my mouth haha.

After we were done with that we went back to the hotel, sat for about 20 seconds to rest our feet from walking so much and then came here so I could type this blog. On the way, we wanted dinner, but didn’t know where to go. I decided I wanted Chinese or Asian food. In the Let's Go book they suggested that we go to Mandalay and we did. It was so helpful because we would have been lost otherwise, and they were right, the food was really good. I got a beef dish that was delicious.

Now i am here talking to you guys!!! I kind of wanted to go see a play tonight, but since it is St. Patty's Day, we decided to go out!! So we're headed back to Trafalgar Square for all their nighttime festivities, so it should be fun.

Then tomorrow we are going to go shopping, and see everything that we didn't get to today, like Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace (which is where my boyfriend Prince Harry lives... I like him more than Will... I'm weird), the Globe Theatre, and the Tower of London if we have time. I'm really excited for tomorrow!! Have a great night tonight guys, and talk to you later!!!!

Hey everyone, so I just got to Europe a few hours ago, we landed at about 1-ish (London Time) and the flight was soo long. 10 hours. I slept a little but it was a little hard considering there were four girls behind me talking SOO loud about how they talked to nick lachey. I thought it was funny at first, but after about 3 hours, it got old... haha.

Once we got into London we took the train to Paddington Station and dropped our bags off at our hotel and then went to grab a bite to eat. When we walked into this little pub there was a huge rugby game playing ,and all these hard-core fans were in there. Suddenly it felt like the whole entire room was watching us and that the whole room went silent as everyone watched us tourists order our food. I felt like i was in Eurotrip or something. But then after the awkward moment everyone was super nice and we had some really great food.

Right after we were done eating we took a walk through Hyde Park, which was just beautiful. There was a huge lake right next to a huge grassy field that had swans in it and a fountain. And there were lots of other ponds with fountains in the middle all around the park. Along the edges of the park there were some old archways and buildings that looked like they would be used in a setting for an old English film. It was so gorgeous, and then there were all these cute couples walking around holding hands and it made me sad... haha.

Then we took a long walk around the streets of London to find this internet cafe and it was interesting to just look at all the apartments and old buildings all around the city. Tonight i think we are just going to go to dinner then bed because we are super jet-lagged and then tomorrow we are going to get up super early and go see all the sights and go out at night and get the whole experience. I really want to see Mary Poppins and the St. Pauls Cathedral so we will see how that works out!

Hi, everyone. So it's the day of my trip and I am still packing. I just got back from Mexico yesterday so it's been pretty hectic. There is so much stuff that I want to fit into a tiny bag - it's really hard. I'm not going to have much choice of outfits. But regardless I am so excited to go, see everything there is to see, and just experience the whole thing... And since I have more packing to do I am overwhelmed so I decided to start making a playlist for my iPod.... So far I have
Lifehouse, Panic! At The Disco, Dashboard Confessionals, Ryan Cabrera, Oasis, hellogoodbye, Evan and Jaron, Fall Out Boy, Teddy Geiger, and All-American Rejects. My music taste has changed a lot since high school. I mean I still LOVE my britney and whatnot, but it's still changed a bit.... I feel like all my music right now is depressing, but that's okay haha!! Okay so I am rambling now I just thought I would fill you in on my lovely packing adventure. When you travel, you might want to prepare better than me!!! Well I hope everyone has a great weekend and I will talk to you as soon as I land in london!!!

Hey, everyone! So the start of my week has been fantastic so far! I flew to New York on monday night where I stayed in a really awesome hotel called Time that was was very trendy and modern! And then the next day I went shopping around Times Square a little bit before heading to the offices of Seventeen magazine.

When I got there, ET on MTV was there doing a piece on my European spring break trip. (I wish ryan the host could come along, haha.) When I walked into the room where they were there was a huge table filled with American Eagle Outfitters clothes, Dior, Mac, Yves St. Laurent, L'Oreal, Kerastase, Bumble and Bumble, Revlon, and Maybelline products for me to take on my trip. American Eagle had some of the cutest clothes for me including a great little white summer dress that I just loved and some new cut off jeans. And all the makeup I got had some great fun colors for me to experiment with. One of the hair products I got from Bumble and Bumble was an instant wash-type thing where if your hair is greasy you just spray it in and its clean, which I think is amazing. Now all that's left is finding a plug so I can use my straightener, because I heard that the outlets were different in Europe!!

Well today was an amazing day for me that was just so much fun!! Everyone at Seventeen was there was so nice and laid back it was like they were all teenagers only more professional. Now I have some serious packing to do for my trip and I am off to my first city, London, in a few days so I will keep you guys posted on anything interesting that happens before I get there!!! Bye!!

So I am getting ready for my spring break trip in Europe. I have been reading up a lot on London, Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin – which is where I’m going - and I can hardly wait to be there... The Let’s Go books have been giving me an idea of what to look for and what the good sights are and they are even helping me figure out what to pack a little bit.

As of right now, though, I'm still figuring out what I am going to bring. I know it is probably going to be pretty cold so I am obviously going to be bring a jacket, scarves, and mittens but other then that I'm at a loss. Haha. I need to bring some cute stuff so when I meet those lovelyyy European boys I look cute. lol!!

On Thursday I went up to Los Angeles to film a segment for ET on MTV and that was so much fun. I just answered some questions about my trip and it got me even more excited to go! So I'm really looking forward to it!! I was trying to talk the host into going with me because I have the biggest crush on him now. He is so cute!!!

Well I'm going to go shop and look for some new clothes for my trip, but I will keep you all posted really soon!! I will be putting up pictures up on the blog so you can all see how my packing, planning, and actual trip is going! Thanks!!
